THE BAR

Whether you’re grabbing a pint before the show or settling in for a night of questionable cocktail decisions, our bar has something for everyone. Enjoy a selection of draught beers, German and American lagers, alcohol-free lagers, stout, cider and IPA, alongside a range of spirits and soft drinks.

But the real stars of the show? Our speciality cocktails. A little bit different, a little bit unexpected and very much Little Buildings. Ask our cheerful (and occasionally interesting) bar team what’s on offer. With many familiar faces who have been with us since the early days, you’re in good hands when it comes to finding your next favourite drink.

THE VENUE

Small room. Big sound. Unforgettable nights. Our intimate live room holds around 55–60 people, creating the kind of atmosphere where you’re right in the thick of it, whether you’re discovering your new favourite local band or catching a touring act up close. It’s a space built for sweaty gigs, loud guitars, unexpected discoveries and the sort of live music experiences that stick with you long after the last song.

With a reputation for its distinctive DIY spirit and a loyal following among Newcastle’s independent music scene, Little Buildings welcomes local artists, established performers and touring bands alike. We offer in-house sound engineering and a full backline, making it easier to get your show up and running. While we put on our own events, the venue is also available for external promoters, independent organisers and DIY gigs. And if you want to capture the magic, we can record live performances to a high standard, giving artists a quality recording of their set.
